We are conducting exploratory research on the influence of personal mental attitudes on entrepreneurship.

The results will be used to help develop policies to motivate and support the next generation of entrepreneurs and new ventures. Economic development policy at regional, national and EU levels identify creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship as the keys to drive growth to lift us out of financial crisis. This is particularly important for small economies such as Latvia.
